There are many kinds of compression formats available over

different from one to another, which result in
the discompatibility between the compressed
files and the player. The player only support
the STANDARD compress format, so when you
compressing the files, please do not compress
the 1st or the 2nd layer.
7. Why some of the
songs’ playing time are mess up?
The compressed MP3 files (changeable

It depends on the player’s useable capacity. For example, a

1MB, if the player’s useable capacity is
64MB/128MB, then to play all songs takes about
64 minutes / 128 minutes.
10. How to settle the
problem if DATA is lost?
Some data may be lost during download or upload, because of
the unstable power sources. (Suggestion: Please
do the Backup for all your data in advance, our
company will not take any responsibility about
the damage / lost of the data).
11. Why some of the
songs have different volumes?
That’s because the adjustment parameter are differently
during recording, the volumes are different when
playing.
12. A file’s capacity is
smaller than the player’s useable capacity, but
can not be upload to the player, why?
The NAND Flash will take per 16KB or 32KB capacity as a
storage area, even a 1BYTE file will take up a
storage area. Therefore, some files maybe take
up smaller capacity than the player’s useable
capacity, they still can not be upload to the
player.

not be deleted in the player?
That’s because those data are “READ-ONLY” file, please change
the file property, then you can delete.
17. The player’s
capacity displaying on PC is not enough for
64MB/128MB?
That’s because the
player contains some playing procedures or
softwares, those procedures or softwares take up
part of the capacities of the NAND Flash, so it
displaying on PC is not enough for 64MB/128MB.
18. Why the music can
not play when upload to the player?
Some music are upload to the player, but do not put in the
